Off the top of my head, my first thought was Ross as it's similar to my current first name, but it sounds a bit odd with my surname, so I would choose Rory. It contains a lot of the same letters as my current name and I think it would suit me. I'd pick a middle name beginning with J as we all (co-incidentally) have J middle names so Rory James.
