Honestly? They're both pretty worn out by this point. I also think you and the hubs should ditch them both since you can't decide and start over. You both should love Baby's name. Still, if you're committed to one of these, I'd go with Lily.
I also agree with another poster about changing Isobella to Isabella. While I love the Scottish Isobel, Isobella just looks strange to me.
