Which do you like better? I like Camilla better because of the nickname Millie.

Camilla.Camille is nice too, but I prefer Camilla because you can avoid the nickname Millie and use Milla.

I'm with you- I prefer Camilla, and I do love Millie too. Millie as a nickname for Camille doesn't work for me at all.. I mean, it's Ca-mee? No "l" sound. Using Millie seems contrived, really.

I don't like either-- way too common. I much prefer Camel or Camilza.

Camille gets the job done for me. Hey, you can use nn Millie for that. I personally like Cami. Camilla's pretty too but there's something about Camille.

Camille and Millie can also be used... Millie is too sweet in my opinion.

I prefer Camilla because of its direct connection to the mythological heroine. Camille is much less sonorous and rich than Camilla, in my opinion.

Camille, although I love both!

I like Camilla better too, but can't bear Millie. Too twee...ETA I was very nearly called Camilla, it was the Millie thing that swung it for my parents :)

You can obviously use Millie as a nickname for both Camilla and Camille. My mom's name is Camilla, and it's never been a favorite. But it's a lot better than what she was originally going to be named (Petronella or Petra). If I lived in a English speaking country, or France, then Camille would be my preferred choice. Otherwise Camilla.

Camilla, it seems more feminine, but both offer nickname Millie.

I prefer Camilla because unless your French accent is impeccable, Camille sounds whiney in the extreme.

I have a fondness for names ending in 'a' so my favourite is Camilla. I prefer Cammie as nn rather than Millie.

Camilla. Millie is an adorable nn!

I prefer Camille. I find Camilla somewhat awkward. Camille trips off my tongue much easier and seems brighter to me than Camilla, and I'm not fond of Millie. I'd rather call a Camilla (or a Camille) Cammie instead of Millie.
