I like Alexa very much - it is quiet, pretty and restrained with a whole lot of personality.Alexia just isn't a name to me; it's a speech defect.

I prefer Alexa because it's the closest to Lexa which I love.I think Alexia is too fussy; the extra syllable seems forced to me.

AlessiaI like Alessia, Alice, or Alexandra better. It seems less American.

I hate Alexia because of its homonymy with alexia, the loss of one's ability to read. By default, then, I prefer Alexa, though I dislike it.I much prefer Alessia and Alix (etymologically unrelated, I know).

I hate both, too. So tacky!

I love Alexa, and it's in my PNL! Alexia is a medical condition, so it's unusable. I definitely prefer Alexa.
