My favorite is Annie, but I know you don't like that.
Some others have suggested Sunny, which I think would be adorable. Sun also works. I've also thought about calling a Susannah "Sally," which I really like but might be too stretchy for you. There's also Sandy, which I dislike, but it works. There's also plain old Susan!
The only one I cannot stomach is Sukie. Good God what a foul nickname.
