Phoebe should be in the Ranks & Falling section; you have her in Rising. But I do find it intriguing that, for the most part, BtN's tastes are trending upward in popularity.
Honestly, in the United States, I think you'd have to be very brave, with very thick skin, to name your son Ashley. I say this because, when I was born, Ashley was the #1 girls' name in the country, and I went to school with SO MANY ASHLEYS, it was unreal! Despite its unisex roots, it has a distinctly feminine image in the U.S. post-1990.
I'm imagining being a Xanthe right how, and I think it would be really cool to have a name like that.
