Susannah is a family name and I would have considered using it, given enough daughters. But I would have been more likely to tweak it to Suzanne, which is lighter and livelier. I prefer Susannah to Susanna - it looks more finished. And Suzanna ... falls between two stools.

My nephew has a sister-in-law named Suellen. Full name. And this is South Africa! I'm afraid she might have been named after the character in, I think it was, Dallas.
