Hi there, I love the name Ariadne and I think that Aria or Ari would make a convenient nickname, if you wanted that. Having said that, I also really like Cressida. In addition to liking the sound, I love the history and mythology behind both names.

Names that I think have a similar kind of feel are: Mirabelle, Talitha, Celestine, Rosalind, Octavia, Lavinia. You may also like Lydia or Genevieve, but they are perhaps more commonly used. I hope I have been of some help to you :)
