Dated, but doesn't suffer too much from it, yet. Just doesn't sound like a baby name anymore.
It's like an older Jordan or Riley, to me - sporty, perky, smart image. (almost tweedy and cold: Jodie Foster.)
I knew a few Jodys growing up and they were all smart and athletic and extroverted.
I think I like Jodi best because it doesn't so much look like Cody, and because that's how the Jodi I liked the most spelled hers. I can't decide between Jodie and Jody, but both are nice. Jodie looks less unisexish than Jody.- mirfak
