I prefer Talia. I like the sound. (I pronounce it like Tah-lee-ah.)
Also, I know some Tanja/Tania/Tanya (Tahn-yah) and they do not make the name better.^^

Talia hands down, Tania sounds slightly tacky to me.

Talia because it is more unique (in my region with that spelling) and sounds nicer. Tania just sounds like a middle aged soccer mum, Talia ages better.

Hi !!!Surely Talia !!Talia is both the Italian form of Thalia (one of the Muses) and also a form of Talya meaning 'dew of God'!Tanya reminds me a tacky trend in 1990s plus the horrible taenia parasite.

But is it actually my first thought and I'm embarassed and annoyed too. Tatiana, Tatjana and Tatyana are lovely names though. I especially like the form with the j.
