It's beautiful and elegant. I have nothing negative to say about it, except even though it's only slightly dated now, it will become more dated as time goes on. That's how it works. The only Vanessa I've ever known was in my high school class, so she'd be aged 59, 60, or 61 now.

There's something off about the name, something that bothered me, and I was hoping that posting here would help me figure it out. It did, thankfully.Manipura hit the nail on the head.It's like Valerie - a gorgeous name that ended up dated. on one hand I see Vanessa and Valerie is glamorous 1920s women, on the other I see middle-aged women who are grumpy or trying too hard to hold on to their looks.
