Briar (f) and Casimir
What do you think of them on their own? As siblings? Do you prefer Casimir or Kasimir?

I like both of these names separately and as a sib set.
I prefer Casimir over Kasimir.

I really like Briar. I think it can work on a boy or a girl but personally I prefer it on a girl. I don’t mind Casimir but there are a lot more ‘Cas’ names that I prefer such as Caspian and Cassius. I could see Casimir growing on me though and I much prefer that spelling to Kasimir. As siblings, I think they go quite well together.

I prefer Briar on a boy, but I like it either way.
Casimir is great! I think I prefer Casimir for a boy but Kasimira for a girl.
I don't think they really work well as siblings, but it's not exactly clashy either.

I like Briar, makes me thing of the beautiful "Briar and the Rose" song.I do not care for Casimir, not a pretty sound to me.

Briar and Casimir are two different genres, I can't see them as siblings. Casimir / Kasimir has such an Eastern European air to me (I've met a few guys named Kazimierz, living in a highly Polish area) and is a bit cosmopolitan, whereas Briar is very Western and down to earth. That said, while Casimir is not a name I'd really consider using, I quite like Briar.
