Honestly I wouldn't know because half the time I try to make up names it turns out they already exist or they're just variations on a name that already exists.
Some names I thought I made up (but most of them were already names):
Raelyn
Celton (actually just a spelling of Kelton influenced by the word Celt/Celtic)
Sealan
Alisanne / Alysanne
Aeowyn (actually just a spelling of Eowyn)
Redmond / Redmund
