Someone I hung out with in college sometimes, but fell out of touch with (but we're still Facebook friends), announced that his wife gave birth to their second daughter earlier this week. I think I missed the announcement for the first one! Anyway (I'll space the letters out so it doesn't come up in a search), here's her name:I N D I G O . S I M O N EShe joins older sister Epiphany. Before anyone asks: yes, he's a big dang hippie, and I assume his wife is too.***Please rate my personal name lists:www.behindthename.com/pnl/69381

Interesting, I do like the sound of Indigo at least.

I'm not a fan of the name Indigo, but that is a really good combo with it.
I'm not getting that much hippie vibe off Indigo and Epiphany. Epiphany seems religious to me, and Indigo more hipster than hippie. I think it's a pretty good job with using unusual names, though.

The name is pretty cool, actually. I wouldn't have used those names together but it works.
Epiphany just sounds like naming your kid Eureka :P I wonder if she ever gets called epi-pen

Indigo Simone is kinda cool... but Epiphany?! No thank you.

I love both her and her sisters names! I web searched Indigo Simone and got Mood Indigo by Nina Simone, a beautiful song btw. Good choices.

I didn't include the info in the OP because I didn't think it was relevant, but they are a mixed race couple, and I think he was a Nina Simone fan too. So I don't doubt that she could've had an influence on the name.
