I LOVE Nadine!! I is so classic. It reminds me of the character from Hey Arnold who was very into conservation, so I imagine a little girl who is very environmentally conscious.

This was a character from, Drugstore Cowboy I think played by, Heather Graham. Very good actress! I think it's an unusual, though pretty, name.

Twin Peaks also had a recurring character named Nadine (not played by Heather Graham, though she joined the case in later episodes). These Nadines are different ages, but both are in the Pacific Northwest; so I wonder if the name is regionally common in PNW (because I've never heard it in real life).

Nadine is a nice name. It’s not one of my favorite French names, but it is beautiful in its own right. I love Nadia and Nadette is cool.

I like Nadine! Actually, I prefer Nadine to Nadia. But I seem to be one of few people who do. I've had Nadine in lists on here in the past, and it didn't get much love.In particular, I think Nadine makes an interesting middle name.

I really like Nadine! It's the name of my alpha rat.

My only association is with Nadine Gordimer. I respect her political stance, I admire anyone who gets a Nobel prize for literature, but I mostly don't enjoy -ine names. And I've never finished reading any of her books, though that's my fault more than hers, I'm sure.ETA she was born in 1923 and died in 2014.

I don't know anyone using this name, and it doesn't seem to be popular in the place I live. But the first image that pop into my mind is a dark skinned, plus size woman in her 20, wearing a tight dress? I know this is oddly specific but yeah, nice name in general. Simple but unique, and gives me slight star wars vibes.
