Julia.
I think Juliet seems cutesified/girl-ish, but not in a sweet way - in a prissy way that makes it seem cold on a grown woman.
That's not to say I dislike it, but just to explain why I think doesn't compare to Julia.
I could easily imagine that if Juliet were the "older" name people would prefer Julia.
