Usually once I admit that I can't stand a name, I start liking it somehow, but I have consistently hated Matthew for most of my life.

Matthew isn't one of my favourites either. It's awkward how it looks on paper, and I dislike how it sounds as well. Thus, I prefer Matthias, Mattias et al - they're fresh, handsome and uncommon options.

On another note, I'm also starting to dislike Mateo. It has become too bland for me.
