I like them both but slightly prefer Chloe.

In my generation, these are some of the most common names for girls. Despite being so popular, I really love them both; it’s hard to choose between Chloe and Emily. I’d probably go with the name Emily, seeing as I’ve loved it for years.

I like both. Both are also too popular for me to use, as a personal opinion, but if we pretended that wasn't a factor, I'm probably more inclined to use Chloe over Emily. However, I'm not sure Chloe would fit with sibling names, while Emily would go slightly better. I think overall they're both better to be used as middle names for me.

I love them both. IRL, I'd use Chloe as a fn and Emily as a mn, though not Chloe Emily. Emily has been too popular for too long. Florence Emily is a family name from the 19th century, and I might consider using Chloe Florence Emily.
