Karina is nice, I've known two of them. Stacey is a little fancy, but I like it.
I know a Karina, and grew up with a girl named Stacey who spelled it exactly that way. I’ve only ever heard of Oriana when I smelled a perfume with that name. The rest I’ve never encountered in real life.
Delora is pretty, much better than Dolores.
Myanna looks like “My Anna.” Pass.
Lorna is ugly, and I can only think of the cookies Lorna Doones.
I love Oriana!!
Karina is pretty, though I prefer Katrina.
Stacey is lovely, though I prefer the spelling Stacie.
I love Terrence! Tez is an unexpected but super cool nickname.
Kian is alright.

Delora was my grandmother's name. I like it. It seems more sturdy to me than the recently popular Elora / Alora.
I met a Lorna for the 1st time a few months ago. I think she was in her early/mid 20s. I thought it was cool.
I like Oriana - I think mainly because Ori seems cute.
Stacey and Terrence seem 70s/80s to me. I don't like the sound of them much (I have vague negative word associations like stasis and tear), but I've known multiple ones. I like Tracy and Torrence a little better.
Karina and Kian sound nice to me but don't stand out.
I don't like the look of Myanna, but it doesn't really stand out to me either.

Tez is a great nickname for Terrence! I prefer Terence to Terrence.
I love forlorn Lorna.
I love forlorn Lorna.
Delora - I prefer Dolores, without liking it
Myanna - no doubt the parents thought it was cute and appropriate, but parents don't last for ever and coming from acquaintances and strangers, it is simply silly
Lorna - I knew a pleasant Lorna at school; never met another one. I prefer Laura
Oriana - wife of Edward Wilson, medic on Robert Scott's fatal Antarctic expedition; exotic and unexpected
Karina - I prefer Catrina or Catriona or, in spite of the meme, Karen
Stacey - Stacey in one place-y? Flimsy, and feels dated
Terrence (Tez) - I like Terence, that spelling; Tez is probably an attempt to not use Terry, which I vastly prefer
Kian - K is trendy I suppose; Cian looks better to me and is more authentic, if that matters!
