Idk, I think if there was a famous "The
Alfonso Flores Company" or something people would associate Flores with the company because it's so famous, despite it being a common name. So "unique enough" could include even some of the most common names (another example is
Ford - I think of trucks even though that seems a common surname). I personally wouldn't consider Kellogg rare but still associate the company.
