Ailany is the spelling of a clothing brand name, so it's probably another example of a brand name associated with fashion or elegance, like Milani, becoming a baby name.

Not being an expert on women's fashion, I think I mistook the fact that a few individual item styles are call Ailany with it being a "brand name".
