I like both with the “Cass” pronunciation. I don’t hate the “Cash” pronunciation but I wouldn’t use it for either name myself.

I've never thought about the "Cash" pronunciation. Personally, I'm not sure I like it.

Yeah, I definitely prefer Cass-i-(whatever third syllable).
I feel the same way about Lucian and Lucius.
