It's fine! It's a welcome lesson in etymology if anyone should challenge your motives; and nobody bats an eyelid if dad Tony has daughter Antonia. Ambrose is a good name, but it's got nothing except a couple of letters to do with Amber. It is not 'basically your name', it's all his.
