I do like Klara: one of the nicest girls I've ever taught was a Clara, which is close enough. But for my own possible use, if I'd had enough daughters, I'd have chosen Clare. Not Claire; I don't see the point of French spelling without French pronunciation. And not Clarissa either. It's too far away from Clare, and too frilly.
