Can't say I'm a fan. This is just from an English perspective: no idea if it's popular or not, dated or not, whatever, in Greek. I knew a girl who was always called Vessie; I think her name was Vasiliki but I'm not sure. I am sure that I didn't like Vessie: I actually prefer Bessie, though I don't like it either.
