I like it, it's elegant, but I think it needs a nickname, perhaps Vaz? Or Vasil?
Other forms I like: Basilio, Vasyl, Wasyl, Vasilica, Vaska, Vasylyna, Wasylyna, Vassiliki, Basilia, Basilea and two favourite forms: Basilissa and Wassilissa.
