For a girl, I think Rosalie Ann would be nice. It has several nicknames - Rose, Rosie, and Annie. You could hyphenate it Rosa-Lee. Other ideas are
Lucy-Ann Marie, Stella Emily, Emma-Leanne,
For a boy, I like Gabriel. It goes well with any of the three middle names. I like Thurman, Truman, and Tedmund
I don't think you should limit yourself to a vowel name or a "T" name. It's more important that you like the name, and it has the same vibe as the others.
