Disregarding that it's my sister-in-law's name, if I had to name a daughter by these rules right now I'd name her Shannon. Shannon Leigh, I think.
A boy would be named James Michael, same as if I wasn't folowing these rules. But if you're being stricter, I'd name him Jason Michael.

Shannon is always a nice choice though. Shannon is my step sister and my step brother's wife's name. ( two separate people just so we're clear.. lol)
