I love Iris, it's in my top 10! I would seriously consider it for a daughter.
I really like Hope. I recently used it as a character name. I enjoy it as a middle name, too.
I've been back and forth on Flora. It was one of my first favorites as a little kid, but then I went through a phase of finding it sickly sweet and overly, well, floral. Now I'm somewhere in the middle. I think I've overthought it and I might like it if I actually met someone with the name. Anyhow, I prefer Florence.
