Scout is a huge gp for me on a girl... I think of To Kill a Mockingbird, so I have a good association. It is the kind of name that could end up becoming a nn for a totally unrelated first name. As for Thaddeus, I don't really know any nns... Thaddy? Its nrms, too formal, stuffy sounding. I do like it with Scout though.
