Leia
I think the name Leia is really beautiful, I like it's soft, feminine sound, but do you think it's to risky to use? Is the teasing factor to great? Also, what names do you like instead of/with Leia?

I love Leia and the Yiddish forms of Leah (Laya, Laiah, Layah, Laia...). I also love Lilia and Layla (lie-la).

My sister is named Leanne but we have always called her Leia and she has never gotten teased for it most people are actually a bit disappointed when they find out it is just a nickname, she has gotten lots of compliments.
So, of course I think its beautiful.

I really don't think that a girl named Leia would get picked on. Maybe an occasional person would mention something about the name being from Star Wars but I really don't think it would be a problem. I like Leia Gabrielle, Leia Jasmine, and Leia Rose.

No, not risky, I think it's fine. More striking than Leah, but lacks ultracuteness of Kaya. And Star Wars is a classic now :-) I can't think of any really cruel teases, anyway, just light ones; since Leia's character was proud. Leia with something sharp and colorful:
Leia June
Leia Maris
Leia Demetria
Leia Rebecca
Leia Charlotte - chazda
