Some unique names
Oh well, I am stuck at work to answer the phones and I am entertaining myself with searching in our database for strange names. Here are some:
Aji (female)
Serra (female) - a variant of Sarah?
Tahir (male)
Chiemenam (male) - that's a funky one :o)
Ste'ven (male) - the apostrophe is there indeed
Hovig (male) - all I know is that the guy is of Armenian origin
Maneesha (female) - I know she is from Sri Lanka
Papa-Kofi (male) - he is from Ghana...
Chancellor (male) - I know that is how they call the German prime-minister, but as a name? He is African-American btw and that totally confuses me. How did he end up with a German name?
Ryder (male) - does it come from "to ride"?
Dipesh (male) - another member of the International Club on campus... He is from Nepal
Jennelle (female)
Jordana (female) - how come it's not in the list?
Coriann (female) - that's not that original, but for the sake of completeness :o)
Atzimba (female)
Yessica (female) - a cool variant of Jessica, eh?
Anupama (female)
Jhalister (male)
Navin (male)
Marleena (female)
