hi, I would be so grateful if you could please help me find the orign of the name arianna. I can't seem to find it anywhere>

Another possible etymological source is "aryan". Before however you start goosestepping and/or trying to gain control of your right arm a-la Dr Strangelove, note that "aryan" is derived from "Arioi," a Greek name of the Medes, an ancient Persian people.
Related names include Arion, the mythological horse born from a bestial love affair between Poseidon and Demeter.
