Isn't Bozena something like "given by God" or "of God"? That's what the Bog/ Boz part of Slavic names is usually about... (more)

In Bulgaria we have Bozhana, Bozhena and Bozhina which mean the same thing. More similar names:
Bogdan (m) and Bogdana (f) from "Bog" - God and "dan" - given
Bozhidar (m) and Bozhidara (f) - from Bozhi - "of God" and "dar" - gift
Bogolyub (m) and Bogolyuba (f) - from "Bog" and "lyubov" - love
Bogomil (m) and Bogomila (f) - from "Bog" and "mil" - favor.
Anyways, Agata, you have the ultimate word on the meaning of Bozena :)
