no idea about the other names but Collie is a varient of Colin or Cole

Have you been watching the "Ya Ya Sisterhood" movie?

I'm only guessing here, but I think that "Siddalee" is a combination of the names "Sydney" and "Lee".

I actually found some meaning behind the name siddalee. It's not the actual name, but it derives from the greek name sidolia which means to captivate.
