"Caponela" in honor of......another boss -- Al Capone -- who ordered the St. Valentine's Massacre. Seven of rival mobster Bugsy Moran's men were gunned down by machine gun fire and left splattered on the floor of a warehouse on North Clark Street in Chicago on Feb. 14, 1929.I personally think that "Caponela" would be a charming name for your boss's baby daughter. And, if you don't think that's an appropriate name for her, then perhaps you should've taken a question of this nature over to the Baby Name Message Board, where questions such as these are more appropriate.-- Nanaea

This should probably be on the Baby Name Board as well - oh, what the heck.Valentine (-teen, not tine) used to be a perfectly respectable name for boys and girls; not used much for either now, but why not go back to it? Or any name with Val in it, like Valerie (my sister-in-law) or Valmae (almost my sister-in-law, but her parents went mainstream). Or, since February is the rainy month, there's always Raine. Rose? Loveday?
