I agree with starkaz and Megg. Letitia in English is pronounced "leh-ti-sha" and Letizia in Italian is pronounced "le-ti-tzi-a," rhyming with Patrizia "pa-tri-tzi-a."
We are now no longer the Knights Who Say "Ni!" We are now the Knights Who Say "Ekke, Ekke, Ekke, Ekke, Ptang, Zoo Boing!" Therefore, we must give you a test. You must cut down the mightiest tree in the forest with...a herring!

As I recall, the 'tz' sound is only for a double z (like in pizza). I don't think it applies to a single 'z', so Letizia would be le-TI-zi-a and Patricia would be pa-TRI-zi-a.

The English 'z' sound is reserved for 's' between vowels.

I think Letitia is pronounced like Latisha and Letizia... I'd probably go for Leh-tee-zia, but with a sort of "t" sound on the z like in the word pizza..writer.artist.singer.me.
