The name De Sario seems to be quite common in Italy, specialy in the sourthern parts. Someone said the name comes from Sari, which is Fish in Greek, and in pre-Roman times, most of southern Italy was first settled by the Greeks. Perhaps then De Sario would translate to Fisher in English?
