I got a new copy of the orthdox calendar when I was in Bulgaria, so here are the dates for the Bulgarian name-days that move with Easter:
Bozhidar, Bozhidara, etc. - was March 15th, is now February 28th (I think that works for the Greek Theodoros too)
Lazar - was Apr 19th, is now Apr 3rd (I think that works for the Greek Lazaros as well)
Violeta, Vurban, etc. - was Apr 20th, is now Apr 4th
Velichka, Velichko, etc. - was Apr 27th, is now Apr 11
Toma, Tomislav, etc. - was May 4th, is now Apr 18th
Spas, Spaska - was June 5th, is now May 20th
Asen, Chavdar - was June 29th, is now June 13th (the rest of the names are always on June 29th)
And two more name-days that move:
Zhivko, Zhivka - the Friday after Easter (this year Apr 16th)
Adam, Adamina - the Sunday n-teen weeks after Easter (this year Dec 12th)
The Orthodox Easter is Apr 11.
