Urho is missing in name themes! It's Finnish and means 'brave, courageous person' (adj. urhea=brave).
Most notable was the former prime minister and president of Finland for many terms: Urho Kekkonen, so you have the great leader angle also covered. He was also a journalist and sportsman holding the national high jump record for a while. See
