Siobhia? (Additional message off-topic for Oh, Greek One!)

Does this name actually exist anywhere other than in the imagination of this one person "discussing" it with me? Ireland, Greece or Africa? He is covering his ass, isn't he? How does he pronounce it? Looks like a mangling of Siobhan. It's not an Irish name anyway.
