At the beginning of the '80s, Gary Leon Ridgeway, the Green River Killer, murdered almost 50 women. Two victims were Mary Exzetta West and Pammy Avent.

Two questions:

1) What does mean Exzetta?

and 2) Is Pammy related to Pamela?

Exzetta

sounds like a Basque or Catalan name, which I will, one day, look up for you... tonigh I'm very tired, sorry.

Yes, Pammy, as well as Pam and Pammie, are usually used as short forms of the name Pamela.
