this appears to be a fairly new, invented name. the closest i can get, is the scientific name of a flowering shrub native to the Western Ghats in India, Carvia Callosa.

Carvia may also be a variation of a name like Karina, or Carrie. Caria is also the name of an ancient region in Turkey.
