Apparently there are 123 people named Canada, 88 named Monaco, 839 named Skipper and 593 named Scooter in the US.
I have seen Skipper and Scooter as nicknames more often (as in the case of Scooter Barry - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Scooter_Barry).
