How do you pronounce RÍOGHNÁN?

Is it pronounced like Rogan? I like the name Rogan but couldn't find it in the names list. I know its a real name because I have seen it before. Why isn't that name listed, along with Daegan (another name I love)? and my friends mn Innessa, isn't here either. Just wondering. Please help with the pronunciation of RÍOGHNÁN. Thanks in advance.

Rioghnan is pronounced REE-uh-nawn.

Thanks! I'm still learning how the letter combinations of Gaelic are pronounced. I've learned most of it from this site, but I still struggle. So, thanks for tha help! I'm sure this isn't going to be the last name I ask for pronunciation help with tho.

No idea about how to pronounce RÍOGHNÁN sorry.
The reason the names you list arent here is simple, there are billions of names, name variations, short forms and nicknames in existance and no one site is big enough to have them all.
If you have information on them you could always submit them to Mike and asked if he can include them at some time in the future

You should name your kids whatever you want, contrary to what some website says is a "real" name or not.
