Yes. The proper female form is either Martina or Martine.

It is also a surname, with many cultural variations. There are feminine names related to it, Martine and Martina being the most obvious, but I do not know that Martin is ever used as a girl's name.

Click on Martin, and then on Related names. You'll see that there are female forms of Martin but it is only described as masculine. It is possible that parents might choose to name a daughter Martin, but it would be unusual.
