ArchivesCorbin means Raven
Im in a heated debate over the fact that my sons name "Corbin" means "Raven" I need people to know that Ravens are not associated with death but that the CROW is.. Ive researched and have done my homework on the subject.. Both "Corbin" and "Raven" are beautiful names with incredible meanings..

Contemporary superstition is not usually relevant to the onomastics of a classical name as much as the mores of the culture that coined it. By all indications, it was an allusion to his brunet hair color, just as RAVEN was for girls.
