Check out the Tallulah Bankhead site "A Passionate Life" and you will see that she was named for her grandmother who was named for Tallulah Falls, Georgia (qv.)
Further, www.imdb.com says that Tallulah, Louisiana was so named after the actress (b. Huntsville Alabama, 1902) had visited there.
I wonder if British actress Tallulah Riley knows all this?
