Does anyone have any idea where this actually came from and which spelling is the original?

I know that a celebrity couple named a daughter Ylenia in 1970. The name seems to have been at its most popular in the 80s and 90s.

The most popular spelling seems to be Ilenia.

Any idea where this actually came from? If it was used prior to 1970? Which spelling is the original?
