Whats the correct pronounciation of Tovah?

This name has caught my attention lately, but I'm not sure how it is traditionally pronounced. It's listed on BTN as a variant of Tova, but neither name has a pronounciation guide. How is it prounounced?

TOE-vuh, with toe being like the body part.

In Hebrew the word is pronounced toh-VAH, but the name is TOH-vah.

The Swedish Tova is pr. TOO-vuh. I don't know about the Hebrew Tova, but I would guess TOH-vah.

As the feminine form of the Hebrew adjective "tov" it would be pronounced toh-VAH. But names sometimes work differently (JEHUDA for instance would traditionally have the stress on the last syllable, but in Israel it's yeh-HU-dah.

My guess is that it is pronounced toe-vuh. I'm not exactly sure, but it sounds right to me.
